Many prototypes ship in 3–7 days. Transparent pricing. No minimum order quantity on CNC machining and 3D printing — one-offs and low-volume batches are normal work.

Haas CNC from the USA, industrial 3D printers, and high-tonnage molding presses. Every job gets a DFM review. CMM and 3D scanning available, with inspection reports on request. Typical machined tolerances follow ISO 2768 medium (plastics) and fine (metals).

We act as an extension of your engineering team: material selection, process choice, design refinements, sub-assembly, and finishing. Strict NDA before you share CAD. Two plants — Shenzhen (Bao’an) and Dongguan (Chang’an).
Robotics & automation
Robotics is already one of the industries we serve. If you are iterating a humanoid, cobot, or automation cell, we manufacture the hardware pieces — we do not sell a branded robot of our own.
Typical work: CNC structural parts and joints, actuator and gearbox housings, sheet-metal covers, 3D-printed fit-check models, vacuum-cast or molded covers for pilots, plus jigs and fixtures for your assembly line. Share STEP + critical-tolerance drawings; we DFM for prototype, bridge, or production.

Design for Manufacturability starts when you send the file. Engineers flag wall thickness, draft, radii, and tolerances so you do not pay for scrap later.

Yes — as a custom manufacturer, not as a robot brand. We already support robotics and automation with CNC parts, 3D-printed prototypes, sheet-metal housings, molded covers, and assembly fixtures. Humanoid programs typically need joints, actuator housings, structural links, covers, and jigs. Send CAD and we will recommend process and material for the stage you are in (fit check, pilot, or production). We do not publish fake customer testimonials or claim a named humanoid platform unless you ask us to NDA a real project.
3D CAD in STL, STEP, or IGES. 2D PDF drawings are strongly recommended for tolerances. Large files can go via Dropbox or similar — email us and we will set a path.
Most RFQs get a reply within 24 business hours. Many quality prototypes are made in 3–7 days. Rapid injection molding, including tooling, is often 2–5 weeks. Time depends on process, size, qty, and finish.
Yes. We sign confidentiality agreements before you share sensitive files.
Final tolerance depends on size, geometry, features, and material. In general we follow ISO 2768 (medium) for machined plastics and ISO 2768 (fine) for machined metals. Metal 3D print is typically ±0.5 mm. Vacuum casting expects about ±0.15% shrinkage. Put critical dimensions on the 2D drawing. CMM and 3D-scan reports are available on request.
CNC and 3D printing: 1 piece. Injection molding: tooling cost plus low-volume runs typically from around 500–1,000 pieces. Typical max machining envelope is 1200 × 800 × 600 mm; larger parts can sometimes be split and assembled.
Rapid-prototype customers pay in advance for the first three orders. Tooling is typically 50% up front, balance on completion or shipment. We accept TT bank transfer and PayPal for smaller invoices.
