Interior Components

We manufacture custom dashboards, console trims, bezels, and buttons with high-quality finishes and textures using injection molding and CNC machining.

Exterior & Lighting Parts

Produce custom grilles, trim pieces, and highly transparent lenses for headlamps and taillights, focusing on aesthetics and weather resistance.

Under-the-Hood Components

Manufacture high-strength brackets, manifolds, and sensor housings that can withstand high temperatures, vibrations, and automotive fluids.

Precision & Durability for Automotive Applications

  • Injection Molding: The primary process for high-volume plastic automotive parts. We mold materials like ABS, PC/ABS, and Polypropylene with various cosmetic finishes.
  • CNC Machining: Ideal for high-precision metal parts (e.g., engine components, brackets) and functional prototypes in production-grade plastics.
  • Advanced Materials: We work with high-performance plastics (PEEK, Ultem, Glass-Filled Nylon) for high-temperature or load-bearing applications, and strong metals like Aluminum and Steel.
  • Cosmetic Finishing: We provide Class-A painting, custom textures, and precise color matching to meet automotive aesthetic standards.

Automotive Manufacturing FAQ

What materials are commonly used for automotive interiors?

ABS and PC/ABS blends are very common due to their good balance of impact strength, heat resistance, and ability to take various finishes. Polypropylene is also widely used for lower-cost, durable interior components.

Can you help with parts that need to withstand engine heat?

Yes. For under-the-hood applications, we recommend high-temperature plastics like PEEK or Ultem (PEI) via machining, or Glass-Filled Nylon via injection molding. For metal components, Aluminum and Stainless Steel are common choices, or Inconel for extreme heat.
