Our Core CNC Machining Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with multi-axis CNC machines to produce parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances.

CNC Milling

CNC milling is a subtractive process where rotating cutters remove material from a stationary workpiece. It is exceptionally versatile, ideal for producing everything from simple prismatic shapes to highly complex, contoured surfaces. Our 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling capabilities allow us to machine intricate features with outstanding precision.

  • Suited For: Housings, enclosures, brackets, jigs, fixtures, and parts with complex surface profiles.
  • Key Advantage: High versatility for a wide range of part geometries.

A Broad Range of Machinable Materials

We machine both production-grade metals and plastics to suit diverse application needs, from aerospace to medical devices.

Metals

  • Aluminum (6061, 7075): Excellent strength-to-weight ratio, thermally conductive, and naturally corrosion resistant. Ideal for aerospace, automotive, and consumer electronics.
  • Stainless Steel (303, 304L, 316L): High strength, hardness, and exceptional corrosion resistance. Widely used in the medical, marine, and food processing industries.
  • Copper (C101, C110): Superior electrical conductivity and thermal performance. Used for heat sinks, bus bars, and electrical contacts.
  • Titanium (Grade 2, Grade 5): Unmatched strength-to-weight ratio, biocompatible, and corrosion proof. The top choice for medical implants and high-performance aerospace parts.

Plastics

  • ABS: A tough, impact-resistant thermoplastic with good dimensional stability. Commonly used for enclosures and handheld devices.
  • Polycarbonate (PC): High strength and impact resistance, and naturally transparent. Used for guards, lenses, and housings.
  • POM (Delrin®): High stiffness, very low friction, and excellent wear resistance. Perfect for gears, bearings, and precision mechanical parts.
  • PEEK: A high-performance polymer with excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and biocompatibility, able to withstand high temperatures.

Surface Finishing Options

Elevate your parts with our professional finishing services to improve mechanical properties, surface appearance, and corrosion resistance.

  • As Machined: The standard finish with visible tool marks.
  • Bead Blasting: Adds a uniform matte or satin surface finish and removes tool marks.
  • Anodizing (Type II & III): Adds a corrosion-resistant, ceramic layer to aluminum parts. Type II is for cosmetic purposes (with color options), while Type III (hardcoat) is for wear resistance.
  • Powder Coating: Applies a durable, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant polymer coating.

CNC Machining FAQ

What are your standard machining tolerances?

Our standard tolerance for CNC machining is ±0.125 mm (±0.005"). However, we can achieve tighter tolerances upon request. Please specify your requirements in your drawing.

What is the difference between 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining?

3-axis machines move along three linear axes (X, Y, Z). 5-axis machines add two rotational axes, allowing the cutting tool to approach the workpiece from all directions. This enables the creation of highly complex parts in a single setup, improving accuracy and efficiency.

What is the largest part you can machine?

Our maximum part size depends on the specific machine. For milling, we can typically handle parts up to 1000 x 800 x 500 mm. Please contact us with your specific project details for confirmation.
