Prototyping for the Entire Product Experience

We help you validate every aspect of your product before you commit to expensive production tooling.

Appearance Models

Create stunning "looks-like" prototypes that are perfect for market research, photography, and investor presentations. We use SLA 3D printing and expert finishing to create models that are visually indistinguishable from a final product, matching your exact color, material, and finish (CMF) specifications.

Functional Prototypes

Build robust "works-like" prototypes from production-grade materials like ABS, PC, and Aluminum. Our CNC machining services allow you to perform real-world drop tests, thermal testing, and assembly validation to ensure your product is durable and reliable.

Low-Volume Launch

Use our rapid injection molding services to produce your first 1,000 to 10,000 units. This "bridge production" allows you to get to market faster, test consumer demand, and generate revenue while your high-volume steel tooling is being made.

Consumer Goods FAQ

What is the best process for my first prototype?

For a very early stage concept model where you just need to validate the size and shape, FDM 3D printing is fastest and cheapest. For a high-quality appearance model to show to stakeholders, SLA 3D printing followed by sanding and painting is the best choice.

How can I make my plastic prototype look like metal?

We can use specialized metallic paints and finishing techniques to make a plastic SLA prototype look almost identical to brushed or polished aluminum, stainless steel, or other metals. For a part that also needs the strength and weight of metal, we would CNC machine it from a real metal alloy.
